The Affordable Care Act is transforming the American healthcare landscape, but does it go far enough? This presentation compares the USA's performance with the rest of the world, describes some of the important changes brought by the ACA, and how the solution to the American healthcare would be to improve Medicare and provide that to all Americans, also known as single payer health insurance or Improved and Expanded Medicare for All.
